Mihai during a training ride — the journey to Alghero starts on ordinary roads

About

Hi, I'm Mihai.

By day I build teams across Europe. This year I decided to build something else. My first Ironman.

But this isn't just about crossing a finish line. It's about proving that consistency compounds. That extraordinary things are built one ordinary day at a time.

And about sharing one of Europe's most extraordinary islands with thousands of business leaders across my network.

Consistency compounds.

Why Alghero

I could have raced anywhere. I chose the place that had a story worth telling.

Catalan heritage

A Catalan city on an Italian island

Alghero speaks its own language. Five centuries of Catalan rule left behind street names, dialect, and a way of living that belongs to nowhere else. Walk the sea walls at dawn and the town feels borrowed from another country.

Blue Zone

Where people forget to grow old

Sardinia is one of five Blue Zones on earth — places with the highest concentration of centenarians. Not because of a supplement or a programme. Because of movement, olive oil, family tables and afternoons that refuse to be rushed.

Sea, food, wine

Hospitality as a discipline

Vermentino from vines that face the wind. Bottarga, pane carasau, sea urchin in early spring. Every meal here is an argument for slowing down — and the same people who pour the wine will tell you where to swim tomorrow.
